Hi Ladies im new to this hopefully i can get the hang of this it can be a bit confusing at times. I recently married in June and now we anxious to start a family. The part that sucks is i have 41 day cycles so the waiting period totally blows. Anyone having problems or has concieved on 41 day cycles?

When I got pregnant with my first I had 40-55 day cycles - so it's totally possible!

Thanks Ladies. Well growing up i never paid attention if i had normal periods or not i do remember irregular sometimes. Now that i'm older and wanting to conceive i'm learning so much about my body and about my menstrual cycle. I downloaded an ovulation app on my phone to guide me a lil more and according to it im suppose to ovulate in ten days. If we don't catch the egg this time around we would have to wait till Nov. Has any phone apps every helped any of u ladies and can say the app was right on point? Im so glad i found this site

I concieved on a 38-40 day cycle which was actualy pretty short for me concidering I only ever used to get 2-3 a year then got down to 60 odd then 38.

We got pregnant on the second month, might have gotten it the first month but we completely missed ovulation. I came off birth control and expected to have perfect 28 day cycles, so we when we should have been dtd around the 21st day of the cycle we did it around the 14th. You can start taking your temp to help pinpoint ovulation, I did that on my second month trying.

How does the bbt work? So after ur temp rises is after i have O'ed or when im about to O?
