Hello Second Trimester!

Hi all, I turned 13 weeks today and so I've decided that today's the day to move from 1st to 2nd tri. Very relieved to be here!

Not sure if I'm supposed to move today or at 14 weeks, but I'm going for today

Looking forward to spending the next three months here

We're undecided on whether to find out or not... I've always said I'd like to wait until baby is born for the surprise, but OH wants a 4D scan and so I think it'll be hard to avoid finding out if we do. His philosophy is that it's a surprise whenever you find out. I guess that's true, but I'm still not convinced!

What I do want to do is to avoid stereotypical colours if we do find out early. I'll be grateful for any gifts people want to buy, but I've never really been one for dressing a girl in all pink (I don't "do" pink) or a boy in all blue.. hmmm...

Are you going to find out?

i already know im having another little prince, but like you i havent told family/friends , i knew i wudnt esp if i was having another boy cos then u get "aww bet u wish u were guna have one of each" well no i dnt care , after 13ttc2 , surgery at 5wk thinkin it was eptopic but it was an 8cm cyst on my ovary i dnt care wot sex my baby is and i love keeping it to my self

lol! I like your thinking! Maybe we will do that. Congratulations on your little boy. (I've just noticed your sig saying about a little prince... lol! Missed that before) We have 6 weeks yet to discuss and decide though

Sounds like you deserve all the happiness in the world after such a rough path to get here. So far, (*touch wood*) we've been very lucky. I hope it continues. It really humbles me when I read of other people's journeys and how much trouble they've had.
