Hi all,

39 and trying for my 2nd, my dd is 14 so quite a gap.
Just wondering how I should start?

Should I see my Gp? Do I start charting? Ovulation sticks? Vitamins?

hi kittykat! I'm currently ttc #2 and with my first ones. I started taking prenatal vitamins month before ttc. I also use opks with my first one and got pregnant the first month! However we started in Jan ttc. I'm on cycle 1 of February. Hopefully this upcoming month will be my luck!

I'm currently TTC #2 as well. I am taking a pre-natal daily, using OPKs and you could schedule an appointment with you doctor to discuss starting to try and see what kind of things they suggest and it doesn't hurt for them to be informed about it either.
