help asap plz!

Been having abdominal pain all evning. Fairly certain its not contractions... just a constant pain all over my tummy with occasional sharp pain in my right side. I am 37 wks...

seems like appendicitis to me.are u tender on the lrft side.those were my exact symptoms at 25 weeks and it turned out to be appendix.
