Help baby unwell

Ok - Izzy has had a cold for around a week as well as a chesty cough - last night she did not want no milk managed to get her to drink 2 ounces out of 7 - she then slept from 6.30pm until 8am but was waking in the night but not crying - she woke this morning and her dad got her up and she was just not right normally smiling in her cot but this morning I could just hear her whining and she drank only 41/2 oz of milk and vomitted it back up not like her at all. I took her temperature and it was 38.6 so VERY high! My boyfriend telling me not to panic but im worried! Advice?

Izzy went back to sleep she's just waking up now.

giver her some calpol and strip her off a bit , hope she is better soon , if your worried then get to a GP x x x

Yeah strip her and monitor the temp to see if the Calpol helps. She prob has a viral infection but I would always check with out of hours GP. Hope she's ok. xxx

her temp has gone down to 37 now but she just not herself keeps crying and just needs lots of cuddles xx
