I've been charting for the first time... here I am, with my 29-day cycles.. on Day 22.. hadn't had the dang temp rise yet. But this morning it did go up a bit. Did it go up enough to tell me I O'd yesterday do you think?

u cant really tell yet .. u would have to wait another couple of days to see a proper shift with your temp but it does look like a possibility
