I feel so dumb, but I can't figure out what I need.

That one has a vibrating, rocking seat that is removable. Is that a bassinet? If not is there a separate bassinet? Compared to the one below, there does not seem to be a real bassinet.

That seems to have a bigger bassinet. But maybe the other also has this as well as the rocking seat? Or the rocking seat is a bassinet just smaller? So confused!

It looks to me that the rocking seat is sitting on top the bassinet. You see the bed that's hanging down with the brown straps...that's the bassinet part. It looks to be about the same on both except with the first one the cradle has a canopy whereas with the second one the actual bassinet has the canopy.

Personally my son loved the vibration feature! He wasn't all that interested in the music/nature sounds on the one we have... or even the mobile on ours because it's kinda silly and you have to turn it with your hand. But he LOVED the vibration.

My pack and play is like the second one. It has a bassinet which is a piece of fabric that clips on to the sides of the pack and play (its not a stand alone bassinet) then there's the "pressed cardboard" (for lack of a better term) that sits on top that's quilted so baby has a solid surface to sleep on. That piece later become the bottom if the pack and play. I hated the changing table. My LO was 9 lbs and the thing looked like it was going to snap.
I'm not too familiar with the first one. It looks like they're both the same but one has the rocking seat (which I'm thinking must be like a bouncy but you can rock it)
