Help! I need advice!

Hi ladies! So my husband and I have been trying to conceive since December after being on the pill for a year and a half.
My cycles have been around 20-25 days with the very occasional 30 day...well yesterday (8/8/13) was day 30 and nothing.

My question:
When do I test? According to my app I am like 3-4 days late. According to the 30 day count today (8/9/13) I am 1 day late. According to the "norm" for my cycles, I am like 10 days late.

Symptoms:
EXTREMELY oily face...and when I say extreme, I mean extreme.
acne that I don't normally have
Hungry literally two hours after being stuffed from a meal
sore boobs today
tired after sleeping 8 hours

SORRY ITS SO LONG!! PLEEEASE HELP!
