Help in alot of pain :'(

on friday night i had a dull ache, like period pain. but then it got worse like a stabbing pain i go sent in to a&e by ambulance as i was doubled over, i spent hours there for them to say ure fine, they didnt even check bub, and today just before it felt like someone stabbing me in the back and then it moved to my stomach again, whats wrong with me am i loosing my baby

hey hun, did u mean 12 weeks? im sure everythings fine aslong as your not bleeding, just stay possitive and maybe go back if it gets worse xx

not going any bleeding but did had very thick mucus like glue which was grey like and no they didnt get hb or give me a scan :'( i ment 12 weeks not just 12 x

I am so sorry to hear about this awful experience! I think you should go back to your Dr or midwife. It sucks but sometimes you have to be really assertive to get the proper care!

They wont try find the HB until 16 weeks I assume because midwifes dont. Also if they couldnt find it because you're only 12 weeks you would be worrying even more i couldnt find my sons HB until 13-14 weeks.

And lastly ask them refer you to your local EPU or see if you can refer yourself its not open on a weekend though. I bled with cramps and i at to wait 2 days until i could get into my local EPU

No spotting and blood is a good sign i would say!

just tried to find hb on monitor can only find my own i have been able to find it every day for a while and now its gone

i would go back to the hospital and demand they check the HB. they didnt do a scan to make sure my son was okay when i was really sick until we asked them to do one. they didnt hesitate. so it wouldnt hurt to ask.

Even if they can't hear the heart beat they could do a vaginal ultrasound and see what is going on.

i just rang my unit they have told me to go to a&e by ambulance again and demand a proper gyno checks me out as last time just had the on call doctor and make them keep me in to give me a scan in the morning she said the pains im experiencing arnt growing pains as its all in my back as well as my stomach. i can actually feel my cervix being stabbed it hurts soo much :'(

Agree with milosmommy7, be persistant hun get them to check they are there to reassure you especially as you are in pain.

I am so sorry and yes hun I would definitely push as a little back ache is fine but if it hurts so much you are doubled over and in tears something is not right... please get checked out and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers...

thanks i will do im just really worried they wont scan me until tomorrow so they have given me the choice to stay at home till morning and get a scan straight away or go hospital and stay there for some pain relief i really dont want to go hospital again as all they will give me is paracetomal which is shiite atm x

Awwww you poor thing thats an awful way to be treated. Get straight back up to An E and start screaming at them to see you NOW! Seems like a good time to let those hormones take over and go banshee on their lazy asses. I wish you all teh best and send positive thoughts. XXXX
