Help! Is it possible to fall quickly once stopping the mini pill???

Ok ladies.... A little info.....

I'm breastfeeding my 7 month old LO, I stopped the mini pill just over a fortnight ago. We've had sex a handful of times till now. I tested today just because I wanted to POAS and got a super super faint line.

Is this even possible for me to be pregnant? I know I gotta test again but this line has got me wondering now!
