Help I've lost my mind!

Hey everyone ... my cycle is messed up at the moment .. I did just have what I thought was an AF but just had the implant out so it could of been a withdrawal bleed .. anyway I took a hpt just out of interest and I felt a little funny and it completely looked like a dead no no but I always have a closer look with a picture and I swear I see something?! If I do I'm positive it's pretty much impossible and an evap or something ... if not over lost my mind! 😂

No I'm pretty sure I'm due to ovulate now .. cycle is confusing until it gets a bit more normal!
