Help me read these results!!

A little history on me: I have a ten year old from a previous relationship. So obviously, I figured since I had her at 21...next time will be a breeze! NO! Infertility is NOT covered so everything is paying cash. After a sperm analysis.... it showed 9 millions, good motility and poor morphology. I paid a lot for our consultation and the RE said we have a chance to get pregnant on our own. Next, he recommended I do a hormone panel. Now this is AFTER 3 failed IUI's, so we spent A LOT so far. Now, JUST to get my results, he wants me to come in and discuss our options (which I just paid to do before these results). I am trying to save up and taking a break from RE appointments. Here are my results... anything look abnormal?? I looked at the and a few things are low. Has anyone had any results similar? What did you do???
