help me with these abbreviations??!

Just new to these boards and reading some posts I dont understand these abbreviations ! like BFN BFP AF etc, please help a newbie !!!!

I know exactly how you feel, I was quite lost at first but I've managed to figure out most of them.

Just to answer the ones you mentioned:

BFN - Big Fat Negative
BFP - Big Fat Positive
AF - Aunt Flo
