Help needed please.

Sorry to bother i know all are so busy.
My friend gde78 for some reason hasn't been able to get onto BNB.
I also couldn't find my way onto the site, it kept telling me internet explorer can not display this page, i then went into one of the caged pages and it said register, i clicked on register and it gave me the option to sign in and that's how i got on after about 6 hours of trying.

But gde78 just for some reason can't get on and we are in 2 diffrent contries so i can't help her, but am in contact via e-mail with her.
