Left side. Mostly when walking. Cramping. Pinching on and off. Shoots down to my thigh and back, where is this?? Low low. Almost in my ovary. Maybe a cyst
Could be rlp? I'm getting it while walking too, especially when my bladders full I've noticed. It's pinching/shooting like you say, also kind of a severe stitch feeling.
