help please?

hi all, ive had 2 miscarriages before, and im 'pregnant' at the moment, i had a scan last monday which showed i was approx 5 weeks as there was a sac and embryo attached, and to have another scan in 10 days (which im having tomorrow) anyway on sunday night, i had brown blood with cramps, then sunday evening cramps and only brown blood when wiping, this morning cramps had eased a bit, but i had quite a bit of red blood in the toilet, since then had slight cramping and period like blood but not heavy (not filling half a pad and having the pad on for 2 hoursish) i know its probably a miscarriage but with my other 2 i had clotting and there is none this time, has any one else had a miscarriage with no clots ?

I never had heavy bleeding with my MC, just spotting and ended up having a D&C. But I know women who have bled like that and everything has been fine, so I think you will have to wait and see what the scan says tomorrow.
