How do i put the little box with details of how long ive got till i ovulate or previous loses etc etc i just cant figure it out

Do you mean a ticker? To get a ticker you need to go to the website that has the specific ticker you want and then copy the html cod into your signature. I see you have one in your signature currently so you would do the same thing you did with that one.
