I love Ace but I wouldn't use it personally, only because I'd worry I wouldn't have a child cool enough to pull it off . I also love Gabriel and Emmet from your boys list and think both go well with the middle names you have chosen.
From your girls list I like Addison and Gabriella.

you have a rather interesting collection of names: british/american/unisex/feminine/old fashioned/mid fashioned/modern - makes it hard to figure out what you actually like

personally I like the more american names for boys (lincoln, emmett, emory)

for the girls I like the more unisex (avery, harley)

I do not like the mid fashioned british names that where common when I was little (levi, gavin, ross) most of which I have bad links too (ive know 3 levi's all are chavs for example)

I find the modern ones dont stand out in a sea of kids with similar names (gabriella, aria)

and im not keen on most surname-y names (mason, holden, jackson, addison)

ace is cute but I see it more as a pets name

I find christian and gabriel quite efeminate but thats because everyone ive met with those names where very girly

im indifferent to declan, asher, damon

sophia is very pretty and classic

Emmett - sounds like someone has a speech impediment

Ace - LOVE, too quirky for some people to use
Gabriel - too feminine and religious for my taste but some people love that
Damon - okay
Emery - LOVE LOVE LOVE but I'm biased, this is my grandfathers name
Jackson - very popular, I do love it but it's way overused
Gavin - LIKE A LOT
Christian - meh, not stand out like your other names
Ross Jr - I do like Ross but not fond of juniors

I don't really like any of the girl names but a few of them are very popular so I'm in the minority.
