Help with a boy's middle name!

We are team yellow this time around, but that doesn't mean we can't plan!
We have decided on a girl's name but we need help with a boy's name.

Our top pick for a boy is Ethan. It is a favorite from our last pregnancy but we never decided on a middle name because we found out we were having a girl.

I do like Ethan James and Ethan Alexander but DH has already vetoed them.

He is never any help with naming because he is incredibly picky!

None at all. He loves the name Ethan but can't give me a single suggestion on what to go with it! He's one of those that is not too into planning early on but then gets into it at the end. I am a planner though, so it drives me bonkers.

Would either of you want to use one of your dad's, grandpa's or siblings name for the middle name? I usually use middle names to honor someone in the family. Makes it easier to agree on it as well because it has sentimental meaning.

ClairAye actually suggested what we are going with! We just decided earlier this week. If the baby is a boy, we are naming him Ethan Michael. Michael is my dad's middle name.

ClairAye actually suggested what we are going with! We just decided earlier this week. If the baby is a boy, we are naming him Ethan Michael. Michael is my dad's middle name.

Lovely names! My son has my dad's middle name (even though my dad uses his middle name as his first name lol) and I love the link.
