Help with baby name

Hi All,

We are trying to select name for our son. We are from central Asia, so want it to be our name, but it should be easy to pronounce in English. Do the following names carry a bad connotation in English? Are they easily pronounced?

Yunus (Yoo-noos)

Jasur (Ja-soor)

Faruh (fa-rooh)

Feruz (fe-rooz)

All fairly easy to pronounce. Although I would have put the stress on the first syllable & your brackets seem to mostly put the stress on the second. You may have to correct people occasionally - but no big deal.

And no negative connotations . I like yunus

Very nice names! Personally, I like Feruz very much, and it rolls off my tongue quite nicely. I also like Jasur.
