help with BBT after birth control-no periods

Hi all-I came off cerazette 4 weeks ago and no AF as of yet. I know it is still very early days and should not get in a fluster but being overweight with pcos i know it will be hard anyway!

what i wanted to know is that I have got a BBT thermometer but states to track on first day of period but is it worth doing anything now whilst im in this limbo stage?

I started temping today and I have no idea about my cycle since coming off BC last week

I came off cerazette June 2nd and AF finally arrived July 25th. I started taking my temp on the 27th, because it took me 2 days to find my thermometer!! Cerazette is evil for coming off of, I know a girl who waited 6 months before AF arrived.

That said, I don't think it would hurt to start temping. If you're careful about it, you might be able to catch the first ov before your AF returns! If not, at least you'll have some practice in at doing it by the time your cycle is back to normal.
