Help with buggy accessory!!

I'll try to describe it! I've got a maclaren quest sport (i think) and it has the two separate handles. There are no notches or bits sticking out on either handle, so I can't hang my bag on the handles without it slipping right down.
I've seen the little clips, but again, I have nothing to attach them too as they'll just slip down the handle too.
I'm sure I've seen something that joins the two handles (like a strap or bracket or something) which then has little clips hanging down.
Anyone know what I'm on about!?

Otherwise, you could easily make one. Just get some fabric or that type of strapping harnesses are made out of, put it around your handles (securing with velcro or pop studs (obviously cut to size and will need glue)) and then get some clips to hang off of it.
