Hello ladies,

I started charting my temps this month just to see what was going on etc. I'm due AF this Sunday/Monday but wondered if someone could look at my chart to see if it's 'normal' as the last 2 days my temps have really jumped up....... I've tried googling but can't really find anything and know you guys are the best people to ask :)

Thanks girlies...

Edit: Correct link:

Hiya hun,

I'm very new to charting but I'm pretty sure high temps = good!! :)
I mean they'll have to continue to stay high but yeah I think it looks good

is your method set to advanced or to OPK??

somewhere under your chart should be a box that has your coverline value and it should also have Method: Advanced. If not you should change it

Thanks girls... I didn't know if the sudden leap in temp over the last couple of days was good/bad/normal etc. But thanks so much for your help :flower:

I've changed it to 'Advanced' but when I do that it takes out the red line that shows when I ovulated and says that ovulation has not yet been detected.... Is there any way to fix this?

Thanks

NGRidley - What is the coverline?
Is that the red lines?

I don't have one of them either
but it's my first month charting is that why?

This means that based on your temps and OPK (and CM) together, FF still hasnt decided that you ovulated. The setting you had before only bases it on your OPK result

Coverline (horizontal line) only appears about 3-4 days after ovulation, once it has detected a true thermal shift.
The vertical line shows the O day....together they are your crosshairs

Hi hun,

The reason that FF has not picked up OV is probably because of the missing temps.. so you need to try as best as you can to get your temp every day at the same time to get a better picture (pain in the arse I know!!) Temps are looking very good!! The temp dip on CD27 'could' be an implantation dip.

Hope that I explained it ok for you xxx :dust:

louloubabs - I am thinking that if you had those temps where you had the positive OPK then it may have put the lines in for you. (as long as those temps werent high)

If your temp remains high like it is now for the next couple days, FF will most likely put O on CD27 because you had the fertile CM and the temp shift.

Thanks hun O:)

On an unrelated topic how do you quote twice in one post?
Mine never lets me do one!

xx

EDIT - See :haha:

you write
"[ quote ]" before the quote and "[/ quote ]" at the end (without the spaces

doing it this way doesnt put the persons name who you are quoting at the beginning....but it does help others know what you are talking about as well...

Thanks so much for all your help :) I ovulated earlier this month which I was chuffed about (after have months of 50+ day cycles) and my OPK's have always been spot on in the past (i.e. positive OPK's then AF exactly 2 weeks after last positive OPK). Do you think I should go by the OPK's as they've always been reliable? And just kinda ignore that FF hasn't picked up O? I guess we'll find out in a few days anyway..... :-D

Also, congrats NGRidley on your positive HPT :-D
