Okay so finally arrived after 98 days of waiting and so I want to make the most of this cycle! I began temping on cd2 (was waiting for thermometer in post and missed cd1 ) but haven't a clue what I'm looking for or what to expect. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
My advice would be to get Toni Weschler's book: Taking Charge of Your Fertility...I don't think anyone's been able to explain charting to me better than that!! In the meantime...check out Fertility Friend, as it has a lot of good information as well, and loads of examples to compare. Good luck and let us know how it goes! PS -- don't worry about missing day 1...it's not that important anyhow!!
Most of us use fertility friend to chart... it does the analysis for you and helps explain things quite well.. there is allot of tutorials to read and learn how to temp and what the temps mean... hope this helps!
