Help with waking why does he do it?

Hi ladies my LO has a bedtime routine and goes down awake and falls asleep on his own but then always wakes after about 50 minutes he begins to cry and then I either have to give him a cuddle or sometimes just singing to him will get him back off I was just wandering why this happens every night

Didn't want to read and run. No advice here but my LO does exactly the same but after about 20 minutes of being asleep.

I'm pretty sure it's to do with their sleep cycle lengths and such. Google baby sleep cycles and it'll probably explain it there

A sleepcycle is about 35-45mins so it sounds like he's waking upset/confused after the first sleep cycle. It might be overtiredness or something (my LO screams about 45mins after she falls asleep if she's overtired) or it could just be something he'll grow out of xx
