Hi ladies

I was just wondering which was the most accurate way to take basal body temperature is it oral or vaginaly?? Sorry tmi

Orally is just fine I think! At least that's what I do!

I've heard oral works well with a BBT thermometer. I'm not sure about vaginal.

Some people say vaginally is better but I really think orally is just fine....and a lot easier. Haha

I think vaginally gives a bit more of an accurate reading just because your mouth is affected by a lot more external things that can alter the temp reading. Depends how you feel to which way you do it I guess
