Hi, I want to start taking Agnus cactus to help bring on my first AF after coming off BC. But I was wondering if I shud wait until I defiantly know that I haven't conceive yet. I am testing in 8 days

I would wait especially since you are testing in 8 days. If no then I would take it. A friend on here started taking it right after she stopped birth control and her cycles went back to normal really quickly. Good luck!

Thank you, thought I would check as I am sure u shudnt take it if your preg so dont want to risk it

Yeah you dont cause that can cause a miscarriage. I have only heard of this happening to a woman once but I would rather be safe than sorry!
