Helping midwife/nurse students orrrrrrrr?

I don't know if the UK has the help center. Possibly for US mommas to answer?

The pregnancy help center called asking if I want to do another scan with them. They do free pregnancy tests and free 8 week scans only…. but offered me to come in again… I wonder why? They aren’t my group… They have a bunch of students though so maybe the want to do practices?

Only reason I’ll go is if it’s for the students to practice and/or if it’s free.



Anyone know why they want to do another scan in my second tri?

I've never heard of a pregnancy help center so I can't give you any advice... I guess its up to you and what you'd like to do.

I'm not certain what a pregnancy help centre is.....it's standard in Canada in low risk pregnancy that your first scan is at 20 weeks, so the second tri.

Hmm I am thinking this is like our "family planning" place where I live.. But they do free stuff if you qualify. Otherwise I think you still pay but its reduced? I am not 100% sure... So maybe they just want your business? And didn't know if you had somewhere else to go.
