Hey Girls,

Hope you're all ok i'm going to try and read through all your posts soon as I've been AWOL for a while!

The found me on saturday after a 33/34 day cycle so not far off normal 28 dayer so i'm hoping my body is trying to return to normal after the twins.
I'm trying to find out if there are any herbal supplements you girls take to help with fertility issues?

dawn suggested evening primrose oil. Anyone else?

I take a high dose of EPO up to OV. (However, i did it for one month ran out and just did it this last month and ran out again so i'm probably not the best person to advise - soz!)

Have a look in Zita Wests book - she lists a ton of stuff that she recommends for both male and female fertility - you can always take well woman tablets too - they are the female version of the wellman ones that DH takes xxx
