    I know we all like to self medicate, hell I do it too, but Im always wary of what I put into my body while ttc, especially herbs, heres a nice web page that gives a description of the possible harm that these innocent buggers can do.

    wow thats very interesting. i noticed that it said cooked ginger was something to be avoided during 1st trimester but i thought ginger was used to help relieve MS? hmmmm

    I never really looked at the ginger! I dont like it full stop so I dont care how much ms I get, I wont be eating it, the irony is we are ginger farmers so Im surrounded by it! :rofl: Perhaps cooking it changes the chemical composition, alot of foods loose there magic ability when heat is applied.

    Ginger is okay in small doses to treat MS. Just don't overdue it.
