Hi :) 4 weeks pregnant today

I got my bfp on Saturday confirmed with a digi yesterday I'm 4 weeks pregnant today. Saw the Dr and am booking my midwife appt in the morning but so far so good I have a really dry mouth just like last time praying I don't get the really bad morning sickness like last time too !
