This site is awesome! So great to have such great advice and other women going through the same things I am or might be about to go through! Thanks in advance for all the advice and encouragement!
So I have been on BC for about 10 years now and my husband and I want a baby! So we came off the pill last month. This will be my first AF since coming off the pill. We are really excited but scared and a bit nervous that it's going to take longer than expected. But we will see! Right now I am feeling alot of pregnancy symptoms but I've heard thats pretty normal. So update me on all the 'lingo' on here....what are all the abreviations, letters, etc and what do they mean? Any advice on the best ways to track my cycle once I start AF sometime this week?

Welcome!!! I have been on here since November and I know for me at first I was like with all the abbreviations but you get a hang of it after awhile, theres a forum on the main page with all the abbreviations listed there
I use fertilityfriend.com this site is AWESOME even if you're not into temping you can still use it to track your cm (cervical mucus) etc

Hi there i am new to the site as well. I have been tracking AF on my phone and on a website i use mydays on my android phone it is very helpful. you can track so many things.. Good luck....
