hi girls been for my scan....

and i have news!! well i had my long awaited af on 28/05/10 after losing little one on 04/02/10. well my scan revealed that my lining is 8mm so i will have a light af which started this morning but i have an egg waiting!!!! omg i cant believe it!! she has told me when to bd and how often. apparently i have a beautiful womb and great ovaries which is great to hear at my age!! lol
she was fantastic and made me feel at ease as i was emotional as this was my 1st scan after my loss and i can request to see her for an early scan so i feel so much better about all of this. its weird knowing there is an egg waiting to release!! i was so miserable this morning but now im on cloud nine!!! x sylvia x

I was concerned with my last MC in April and I had a consult with my OB 2 weeks after and my first question was ---am I to OLD?? he said absolutely NOT...

BTW my OB is a HOTTIE... umm hmmm

well it was a wwoman who did my scan and i wish she could scan everyone she was fantastic and so friendly. she made a time that should of been stressful fun informative and so relaxed that i came out so happy. and it was great to hear im not too old and i never thought my womb would be called beautiful!!!! lol x sylv x

Thats fantastic MintyPeas! So inspiring to hear that being 40/41 is still not considered 'old' in terms of fertility these days. I'm really cheered up, espec. as was thinking I'm completely barren as into 18th month ttc no 2!
Still, odd month this month as 4 days late and AF a no show. 3 BFN's too though so no clues whats going on.

hi honey thought i had lost you!! lol yeah it is good news and this is 1st time i have been happy since losing little one but i feel so positive about this month!! im working my hubby hard!!! lol
well you battled and thats great news that you have scan and seeing specialist hopefully they will be able to help you and reassure you that you will gt your baby!! i feel very positive for you honey and on thurs you will be in my thoughts. please let me know how you get on honey x sylv x

I thought i would forget about OPK's. I think they make you obsess on the ttc process....well they do to me...and tbh, i want to be able to have a glass of juice if i want when i want!...and not have to feel i have to wait to pee!! It was kind of taking over! So its chilled back and laid back for me. For me, if it doesnt happen then theres next month....i mean i have plenty of time...i am only 42 after all! xxx
