High leukocytes in urine

Has anyone had this? My sample is being sent off and should be back in 3 days. Midwife said it looked very high. I have no sign of infection however have no appetite the last month.

Usually it means infection but my son has had it come back elevated before with no infection present (he has kidney problems though so I'm not sure if that means anything!) but also infections don't always show symptoms. Hopefully the cultures come back soon and you have an answer!
