High OPK test but 6dpo???

Hello, i am suppose to be 6dpo. well i took a clearblue advanced digital ovulation test and i had a blinking smiley face. My cm is very random. my periods are 30-32 days. i have been getting mild headaches and back pain. im very confused. i took a preg test but it was negative which is what i expected. Can anyone help me understand why i still had a high ovulation result. Thanks

Your body might not have actually released an egg 6 days ago when you got your positive OPK and tried again. Or, maybe your body releases an egg 3 days after a positive OPK, so you could be only 3DPO and experiencing post ovulation symptoms.

Well good thing my husband and i have been very active for the past 3 weeks. when do you think i should start testing?
