higher dose folic acid..... twins

Ive been doing some research on things to help egg quality and came accross a few articles that have said if you take 5x 400mcg folic acid you have a 45% chance of conceiving twins.

the higher dose is supposed to make you release more than one egg, just a thought for anybody trying for twins to maybe see your doc as there has been A LOT of success with this

That sounds kind of strange to me, because folic acid isn't supposed to help increase fertility, it's supposed to help after a fetus is already in there.
My words are getting all mixed up, but hope it's understood.

No I totally understand what your saying and folic acid does help prevent certain conditions It was just something I read
