Hip Pain?

I'm 9+1 weeks and the day before yesterday I started getting pain in the crease of my right leg, like a clicking pain?

I suffer with problems with my legs anyway (short calf muscles, an extra bone in each ankle, flat feet) so I don't know if the pain is linked to that or if it's something else.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what it could be?

I'm having hip and leg pain as well. I think its got a lot to do with ligaments stretching.
