hey ladies, just wondered if anyone is hiring a tens machine and if so, where from?

thanks :flower:

check with your hospital - i hired mine from there, which means i can leave it there after the birth :) x

alot of hospitals hire them out and boots do

we brought ours as it was only £30 to buy from Lloyds pharmacy and since we are planning on more than 1 baby it made sense to buy

you can hire them from Boots or Motherline online (or I'm sure you can if you go in the shop too).

Loz and Lily 2 yrs and bump 29 weeks

I've seen dozens of TENS machines on eBay. they got for literally a few quid! I'm thinking about buying one.

Asda were doing hire for £10 a few weeks ago

I'm hiring one for free from our hospital :happydance:

I found out at antenatal class the other day that I am able to contact the physio department once I get to 37 weeks and they hire them out for free. They have to show you how to use them first. You just leave them at the hospital once you give birth and they take them back to the physio dept for you.

It's always worth checking out to see if they run the same scheme in your area. My hospital is Sunderland.

I've hired from Birthease aswas cheaper thsn boots/ Mothercare and keep it for an extra week. Thet sent it out 2 days before you reach 37 weeks. Mine arrived last week, impressed so far

I picked a hire one up from Boots yesterday for about £50. Half of that was for the deposit which you get back when you return it. You can have it for 6 weeks.
