holy crap hip pain

it's like my hips are completely unhinged and just sliding around and omg it hurts

what can I do to make this better? I can hardly move without wanting to cry!!!

I'm exactly the same this days.... The only relief I get now is sitting on an exercise ball and rocking and also heat compresses to my lower back and hip area. You should try that and see if it helps.

i had this today too, walking down a hill at the park after taking my dog for a run... gross feeling!!! i'll have to try and get on the ball...
