Ok guys, I think this is going to sound completely and utterly over the top, but I've just been to the loo and just thought what the hell, I'll check my cm and I have EWCM!!! And I mean proper EWCM, a great big blob of the stuff!!!

This is the first time in years that this has happened to me, even when I was only having a few visits off the each year I never had EWCM. Up until July, I hadn't had an af for 7 months because of my weight, I'm on the verge of losing 2 stone which I think might be getting my body back into sync. I had a really mega light af that started on 19th July and nothing since, so I've lost more weight, and I think things are happening.

I was put on a weight management programme with the nurse. So we've been looking at what I used to eat, trying to come up with healthy alternatives. Exercising more, and it just seems to be dropping off now

well we've done the bd lol ... my fella hear the word ovulation and he was rather excited to say the least

so I'm just hoping now that the will make their way up to the eggy, going to carry on bd everyday until the ewcm stops lol
