Home remedies for morning sickness

I ran out of my nausea medicine today and it's been world war 3 for me and little squirt

Any home remedies for nausea that you guys would recommend?

None of traditional solutions did anything for me (ginger, sea bands, peppermint etc) but weirdly sour sweets and drinks helped a little bit. Took the edge off for a little while!

Sucking on hard candy worked for me. Sometimes, it was so bad that I'd fall asleep with candy in my mouth - I know, bad idea. But it is the only thing that worked with two of my kids.

Lucaide or other energy drinks helped me a little. But with my son nothing but medication helped as I had hyperemesis gravidarum.

Do you definitely just have morning sickness ?
