honey?

    Can i eat honey, or more specifically sugar puffs lol? I know children under one can't but what about pregnant women? xx

    Honey is safe during pregnancy as you digestive tract can kill any bacteria contained within, whereas children under the age of 1 don't have the acidity needed. However, my doctor recommends staying away from anything unpasteurized so you may want to take a closer look at which honey you are eating.

    Yes, of course, you can eat honey (unless you're diabetic, then probably shouldn't). Babies shouldn't eat any added sugar (or honey either), hence no sugary cereals. I actually ate honey all through labour.
     
  4. Yes, but try not to eat too much. It is full of unnecessary /useless carbs and sugar is not good for you!

    Ok, gotta go finish my candy by the bag now!
