Hook effect test!

After lots of reading about the topic, I decided to test to see if the hook effect is a real thing...and it is!!

The top test was FMU this morning, wayyyyyy lighter than any of my 4-5 week FRER's. Bottom test was less than an hour later, 50% pee and 50% water...!

Wow that must've really scared you! Thank goodness it was just the hook effect! Glad everything is okay x
