Hoping to get lucky tonight!

Fingers crossed, I'm hoping to get laid tonight by DH of course. And I'm hoping it won't hurt like it has the other few times we attempted since pregnant. I've shaved, bathed and perfumed and we all know what a pain in the ass shaving places we can no longer see is. If this guy turns me down one more time, he might get an early vasectomy - his balls will be chopped off and placed on our living room mantle.

Anyone else planning a little romance?

I have the opposite problem. Hubby would probably do it every night if it were up to him but I've been pretty cold since pregnant. I was hoping that would change here in the second tri but I am just so completely uninterested in sex right now! I should probably give him a lil sugar though just to keep him in good spirits lol. Well... Got lucky and unlucky. Still hurts but hubby was really sweet about it. I had a good cry in the bathroom since sex won't be anywhere like it was til may! DH says we will just have to be creative . I don't know what I'd do without him! Sorry for TMI

Where does it hurt? are you getting enough lubricant? I noticed when I DTD it hurt afterwards because i was a bit dry no matter what he tried lol so next time I used lubricant that was heaven

I was hoping to get lucky, but my dr told my husband and i that we should go very easy on dtd since it looks like from my ultrasound that i would bleed. My dh told me after our appointment that we will not be DTD. =[ i guess i will just have to wait until my next scan =/

I'm seconding the 'lots of lube' comment. I'm usually quite dry 'down there' (sorry tmi) but since getting pregnant it's been 20x drier. We didn't DTD at all in 1st tri cause I felt too sick and then we 'tried' at the beginning of 2nd tri but it hurt like heck. I was desperate though so we just put more lube and thankfully it sorted itself out. I thought it was a fluke but he 2nd time we tried we had the same problem, so we went heavy on the gel and *poof* success!

Now if only my stomach muscles weren't so sore and achy from RLP and I didn't still have awful flare-ups of nausea...

i totally sympathis pooch.... my oh is exactly the same and it hurts like crazy that he would rather watch porn when im offering it to him on a plate i practically had to beg the other night hes just not interested anymore in sex.... so then when i get all defensive about it it turns ito a massive row ... really wish i had a kind caring thoughtful oh sometimes some of you ladies have some real diamonds of men that you need to hold on to tight you are soo lucky

My OH does both I think. He's very interested in sex and so am I but not as much as him. I work full time and I'm always so tired so it's usually just twice a week. I've accepted the porn thing, I'd rather he done that than went out to find someone else.
Sex has been a little bit more uncomfortable, I think I'm going to have to get out the lube also, it's just not as easy as it used to be haha sorry totally tmi

Im sorry, it really sucks. I was thinking of offering him a no strings attached bj (sorry tmi) and let him know id rather do that then have him watch porn alone. Im totally for porn if the sex life is healthy but in this case its not.

So... Weird question but figured I'd ask. Regarding lube, if I was rather um wet on the outside, does that mean I was fully lubed up all the way inside? It hurt/burned when he went further in and didn't hurt if only in a little. Maybe I should just throw a whole bottle of KY in the mix so there's no doubt.
