Hormone surge end of 1st trimester?

Anyone experience a hormone surge, and increased nausea at the end of first trimester? I was feeling better, but it feels like it is back, and I'm trying to keep my food down again. I am 13.3 now.

I'm attributing it to that, or possibly because my sleep has been off due to a crazy up all night toddler??
