My OH takes that and another multivitamin..and it seems to have worked for him as far as us having sex more and things...im not sure how its supposed to work for a woman..

Horny goat weed is for men, and is used to increase sexual drive and performance. Apparently it's supposed to work, but not alongside certain other medications or antidepressants. Now, if you do some research online, there are many men who state that it actually did nothing to improve their libido, so perhaps it has a placebo effect on those who feel it works.

my husband has just started to take horny goat weed (2000mg) and maca (500mg) and has noticed some improvements - his words - it's like being a teenager again! so all good to go - firing on all cylinders as he calls it. he's also taking the wellman conception tablets xx

the maca worked well for oh, as he is on anti depressants, it was once a week bding, last week after taking maca for a couple of weeks, three times in a week.

women can take horny goat weed as well i read.
