i went the docz with mine last week n have now been signed off work for 8 weeks!! iv had terrible trouble getting out of bed n off the couch n stuff!! bin giving a band to put around my waist and if stays same will have to go for pyshio!! im only 19.5 weeks n feel ready to drop already.hope yours gets better soon

OMG!!! I have been having the same problems horrible back pains...I mean tear jerkers...and everyone around seems to think its growing pains but I been pregnant 2 other times and never experienced this...

Hi there. It looks like you ladies are farther along than I so I'm not sure if this will help. I sleep on my side with a pillow under my hip/torso and it also supports my belly so there is no pressure on my back. I also sleep in a dress type nightgown, long tee shirt or nothing at all (sorry if tmi) so there is nothing constricting my waist line.

So sorry you ladies are having such trouble with your backs :hugs: I hope you all feel better--I know it's miserable. I had a kidney infection and my back felt this way and I could barely sit down let alone try and LAY down or be comfortable

Girl, ain't no shame in that! I do too, on the nothing part lol, but it's because my grandmother used to make me wear these floor length gowns and I'd wake up with the hem at my chin! :haha: Figured I might as well not wear anything at all:blush:

suffering the same hun, was dianosed with SPD. I was given some stronger pain killers which help me to sleep a lot better and settle xx

Im glad to hear I am not the only one... :)
It feels like I need to crack my back but I cant crack it. And it goes away after I walk around a bit... But when I wake up, I feel like I have been beaten with a bat

I'm also 21+4 today, and last night started having awful back pain!! My bump isn't even that big; now I'm nervous about how much agony my back will be in by 9 months!

I hope you feel better--I have found that a heating pad applied just to my back helps temporarily, though the pain always comes back. :growlmad:
