Hot water bottle during tww

Hi does any1 know if using an hot water bottle could cause any damage if there was a little bub in there?? I'm 10dpo today and for the last 2 days iv had awful AF like cramps which I never get untill the day AF is due. Tested at 9dpo and bfn using ic's so think I'm out this month anyway just don't want to risk it just incase :-S

shouldnt do any harm honey i used hot water bottle all the time when i was pregnant and in early labour xx
