Hot Water Bottles!

I know we're not meant to use hot water bottles on our bellys/ use hot tubs etc. I have been occassionaly using a hot water bottle on my back as it hurts sooo much! Do you think this is ok, or should i leave it do you think?!

I suffer with a bad back and my midwife said a hot water bottle or heat pads are fine...

I got one of them hot hugs teddy that has a head pad that u put in the microwave, i asled my midwife n she said its fine x

If your in the uk and have a debinhams next to you they have them on half price at the moment, i got a lamb as me and dh went to the lakes n he wouldnt belive sheep are dangeours to pregnAnt ladys during lambing season and teased me all day about it ! X
