How a hpt work?

I know I taken them alot but it still confusing. The dollar tree/FRER test are 25mIU/mL, do that mean I need to have about 25mIU/mL in my system to start seeing anything on the test?

I know it a silly thing to ask, but I driving myself nuts wondering if I need that much to even get a something on the test.

yes, that is right. You would need at least that much or more to get a positive.
